Every TFX Traveler shock features damping valving specifically developed for its application, and the spring is selected for your weight and intended use. Our modular assembly system allows us to make special requirements or changes in length as second nature. The shock absorber is designed to significantly improve street comfort, steering response, and road feel over your OEM unit. Consistent Damping Performance: We use an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) which offers the best damping performance as it physically separates the nitrogen gas from the oil. It is designed with the same technology as our more complex models, providing the strength, durability, and performance needed for recreational use or long-distance touring. It features adjustable rebound damping which offers superior quality, stiffening or smoothing both compression and rebound simultaneously for a balanced ride. Custom Setup: The spring preload can be set for extra loading by using the included C-spanner. Alternatively, you can choose the optional remote Hydraulic Preload Adjuster (HPA) for instant changes to cope with ride height, road conditions, luggage, or a passenger.
